Something I get given often is “Where can a beginner start”? Being a Life Coach, the basic concepts of the Law of Attraction are always a joy for me to teach. Getting a grasp of how energy and the Universe works is just what a beginning learner needs to grasp for starters. What is interesting concerning the basics in any area of expertise that I have worked in is that going back to the basics is continuously a powerful practice to increase the strength of your fundamental understanding. So it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginning learner or an experienced Law of Attraction Life Coachpractitioner, moving back to basics is a great way to bolster your abilities in attracting your ideal love.

The Law of Attraction is always creating FOR you. The real question is are YOU letting the Law of Attraction to attract for what you REALLY want? In other words, the Law of Attraction is always sending back to you your “loudest” energy. What you want to be conscious of is, what is my “loudest” energy on THIS MATTER – the matter of creating a relationship? What is my most prevalent energy on attracting a larger amount of money, good health?

Rather than continuing attaching yourself to what is wrong or missing in your life, focus on what IS working. Attach yourself to what what you appreciate concerning your life. Seek lots of excuses to praise, thank, and compliment. Learn concerning your energy, your thoughts and feelings in any given second. By giving attention to the way you think, you will discover what your deeply locked away creations concerning strength in love, money, or well-being are to you. Keep your energy channeled on what you want and just how wonderful it will be when it comes. Rather than searching back in time (if it wasn’t positive) and you will clear out your present energy. Cease looking in the past and analyzing and contrasting what did not work. It’s like trying to drive forward while focusing on the rear-view mirror. You’ll be creating unwanted outcomes.

Do the mental overhaul as much as you can do on your own and after that use life coaching sessions. An experienced coach can understand the context from which you are creating and help you to understand it too. I suggest that you do your personal work. That is what this course is designed to do, to teach you to self-coach. When you come to a halting point, get some coaching. The Law of Attraction is there to support you.

For the past eight years Natalie has been a professional nurse at a small general hospital. As a nurse practitioner, she evidently knew what to tell her patients about their health concerns but in her private life, however, she without a doubt didn’t practice what she preached. For example, she occasionally drank in a hazardous and abusive manner, she made it a habit to stay away from exercising, she smoked almost two packs of cigarettes on a day-to-day basis, and she was almost forty-five pounds overweight.

Natalie Gets Into A Traffic Accident, Fails A Breath Alcohol Test, and Goes to The Municipal Jail

One morning on her way to her job, Natalie got into a car accident. Since the accident was her fault and since her speech was jumbled when she talked, the arresting highway patrolman gave her a breathalyzer test. According to standard police policy, when an individual is involved in a car accident and fails to pass a breath alcohol test, the individual has to spend at least five hours in the county jail.

In fact, Natalie should have known better than to drive after she had been drinking because she recently attended an “alcohol abuse awareness” class at the hospital that centered on statistics, issues, and information about alcohol facts such as the following: DUIs, alcohol poisoning, binge drinking, and the key differences between alcohol abuse and alcohol dependency.

Natalie is Experiencing Quite a Bit of Shame About Her Automobile Accident

It almost goes without saying that Natalie felt embarrassed about her vehicle accident. Furthermore, she experienced more than a little shame about the fact that the accident was her fault. And conceivably worst of all, she was embarrassed about the fact that she was driving after she had been drinking. As Natalie contemplated this event, nonetheless, she thought that it could have been worse because at the hospital, when a alcohol blood test is administered and failed, the individual has to go to obligatory alcohol rehabilitation and is placed on non-pay status. This was in effect one of the alcohol facts that was a reality at work and not much could change this fact.

Natalie’s Humiliation About Her Car Accident Helps Motivate Her To Go Over Her Life and Make Some Important and Positive Alterations

At any rate, Natalie’s shame about her vehicle accident helped persuade her to go over her life and make some noteworthy and beneficial changes. First, she was going to stop drinking in a hazardous and abusive manner. Second, she was going to quit smoking. Third, she was going to go on a weight-loss diet. And fourth, she was going to start exercising.

As distressed as Natalie was about the entire vehicle accident situation, she used this agonizing experience as a catalyst for healthy change. Not only this but, she used her agonizing experience as a real source of discovery that she had been overlooking her own health while she professionally told others how to live in a more healthy manner. At the end of the day, she finally saw the two-facedness in her behavior and finally determined that she would live her life as a positive source of affirmation for the individuals she treated at the hospital.

Do you lack confidence? Would you like to find out ways in which you could increase your self-esteem and self-confidence? If you have answered one or both of these questions with a “yes” then this article may well be worth a read.

Up until the age of about twenty-one I always seemed to have a lack of self-belief. In truth I did not particularly like myself. I was extremely jealous and envious of other people and what they seemingly had in comparison to me. They seemingly had it so easy where as for me life was a constant struggle. What I needed was to some how gain confidence.

I had a stutter you see which did make life unbearable at times. I did eventually, at the age of twenty-two, manage to achieve fluency which of course was a great relief. I had however already spent the previous eighteen years struggling to cope with a stuttering or what is also known as stammering problem that virtually destroyed my entire confidence.

What I did learn and what was eventually a catalyst to enabling me to eradicate the speech impediment was that I needed to start appreciating what I had in life. I had to stop being so hard on myself and at the same time work towards improving the areas of my life that I was not happy with.

I also needed to become a more care-free person – less stress etc. My whole approach to life had to change; I was now going to start to think in a positive manner.

I was attempting a huge overhaul of the way in which I lived my life, it was far from easy. Ultimately however all of the effort did pay off and I was able to achieve fluency and a real confidence.

I hope that you will also be able to gain in confidence; I will be happy to help in any way that I can.

As a successful businessmen I am now involved in various projects including one which offers online guitar lessons for beginners. This is a great deal fun as the lessons are very beneficial and the feedback thus far has been very positive.
